Your memories are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. All files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to your memories is strictly controlled and requires authentication.

4. Trusted People

When you add a trusted person, they receive an invitation by email or text message. They can only access your memories if you choose to share with them. You can remove a trusted person at any time.

5. Sharing Memories

When you share a memory, a unique secure link is generated. Anyone with this link can view that specific memory. You control what you share and with whom.

6. Data Retention

• Deleted memories are kept for 30 days before permanent deletion
• You can restore deleted memories within 30 days
• You can permanently delete your account and all data at any time

7. Third Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) - file storage and email
• Google & Apple - sign-in authentication
• Neon - secure database hosting

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Export your memories and data
